• Assist with the administration of employee remuneration and benefits programs
• Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records
• Contribute to monitoring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Maintain documentation and reporting related to compensation and benefits
• Collaborate with HR teams to address employee queries regarding pay and benefits
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance remuneration and benefits processes

Qualifications

• South African citizen aged between 18 and 35
• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy passed at a minimum of 40%
• Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language at 40%
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or related field
• Unemployed and not previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company
• Candidates who meet Employment Equity guidelines are preferred
